This year’s General Assembly for IAEJ will be held during the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026, as this is the pinnacle of the championships held this year.
Once again, the organisation of CHIO Aachen has given us the possibility to make use of their facilities in a very busy program for everyone on site.
Mark the date 18th of August when we gather in the conference room in Aachen next to the press room and reception desk. At 9, the online Zoom meeting will open, and the GA will begin.

Tricky timing for a global association
We will start at 8:30 with coffee and doing the list of participants on site; the actual General Assembly will then start at 9, and it will be open to participants via Zoom as per usual.
We are aware of the difficult time for our North American members, but we simply have to adjust to when the conference room is available, and this is the date we think will be most appropriate in terms of the program on site => which is why we are there.
The full Zoom session will be available to view afterwards, as well as an audio recording. This will show the Zoom meeting and presentations as well as discussions, but might not show the whole conference room as we don’t have other cameras active.
