After numerous emails asking for further information on the whereabouts of the media hotels in Caen for the 2014 World Equestrian Games, the IAEJ has had a response from Normandie. All that has been confirmed is that media will have access to the appointed housing bureau “at the beginning of May 2013 (date to be confirmed).”
There are “two hotels dedicated to media in Caen, close the competition areas, at moderate prices. More detailed information will be given in the coming weeks and journalists will be able to book their accommodation more than one year before the event.”
We will continue our endeavors to keep members as up to date as possible. We have asked the organizers to make a media presentation during the World Cup Final at which they would be available to answer questions. Time and date to be announced.
